Learning to relax and meditate can seem like a daunting process.
I remember trying to sit for hours on end and just felt stiff and sore. I remember trying to control my thoughts and just getting frustrated. I even remember thinking if I could just get rid of my emotions everything would be fine.
My name is Will Lambert and I’ve experienced incredible highs in my relaxation journey but also been really frustrated as well. So I know how it feels.
I have completed a Meditation Teacher Training with Melbourne Meditation Centre and the Yoga Body Breathing Training and I’ve been on many Vipassana, Zen, Breathwork, Qi Gong & Mindfulness retreats and workshops. I’ve learnt a lot from these but also my own insights and intuition.
I realised I could unwind quickly and easily by first relaxing my muscles and my breath. Then my mind would automatically calm down on it’s own and I would enjoy the peace and contentment that this brings.
